Section 3
Designating a country to conduct foreign employment business
(1) The Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and designate the countries that are allowed to conduct foreign employment business.
(2) Out of the countries specified under sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal may suspend foreign employment business in any country for a specific period of time.
